Bardloche believes in meritocracy, leading him to only hire talented people and seek out talented people to serve him. This leads him to become militaristic, gathering a large group of military officials with merit to serve him.
Background[]
As the second prince he wasn't originally going to inherent the crown, but when the emperor didn't declare Demetrio the successor, Bardloche stole power from Bardloche and gathered a group of talented military officials in the court to serve him. During the meeting of the three princes, Bardloche deemed Prince Wein a worthy and talented person to serve under him, and seeks Wein to join him in hope of securing his power to the throne.
